Jaime offers an integrative approach to health and healing with a focus on nervous system regulation. Trained as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000 and a Yoga Instructor since 2006, Jaime's practice has evolved over the years to include Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing and pranayama breathwork. Together, these modalities help clients to resolve traumatic energy from the body, allowing them to feel more alive, more present, more vibrant & whole. Weaving in the ancient wisdom of yoga and astrology, Jaime has a plethora of accessible tools to share with clients to help them feel grounded, calm and ready to claim the lives that they are meant to live.

Season of Transformation Bundles
(all sessions are 90 mins in duration)
- Bundle 1 online or in-person: Breathwork or Yoga Nidra Session, Somatic Experiencing Session, 1:1 Coaching Session $575
- Bundle 2 online or in-person: Astrological Reading, Somatic Experiencing Session, 1:1 Coaching Session $575
- Bundle 3 in-person only: Breathwork or Yoga Nidra Session, Reiki with Craniosacral Therapy Session, Somatic Experiencing with Touch Session $575(note: for Bundle 3, two of these sessions can be billed to your extended health insurance plan under Registered Massage Therapy)
Solstice Full Program Experience (6-Month Journey)
(all sessions are 90 mins in duration)
- Duration: 6 months
- Structure: This immersive journey is designed to systematically guide you through any and all of the petals of the holistic mandala approach (excluding retreats). You'll participate in a curated sequence that can include Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy, Astrological Readings, 1:1 Coaching and Yoga Nidra.
- You choose which petals you’d like to work with and how often you’d like to connect: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- This full program experience includes an initial consultation to review your needs/goals so that we can develop a treatment plan that will be uniquely designed for you. This program also includes a check-in session after three months to assess our progress together, modifying the treatment plan if need be. There will be a final consultation/review at the end of our six month journey together.
- Investment: This all-inclusive package is offered at a comprehensive investment rate, providing full access to all sessions and resources. The continuity and depth of the experience are ideal for those committed to profound personal transformation.
- Outcome: By the end of the 6 months, you will have experienced a deep, integrative process of self-discovery and healing, equipped with personalized tools and routines to maintain and enhance regulation within your nervous system and energetic coherence.
